Old Business - Façade improvement update.  Executive Theatre Director job description was updated by the selection committee and a draft of the policies and procedures was passed out for the Board of Directors.  banner advertising the Ocotillo as being open in Fall of 2008 has been ordered through Mustang Graphics

Old Business - Arts and Craft Garage Sale postponed. BOD votes to to approve the Façade Improvement project as presented by Stephanie Bretz, Artesia MainStreet manager.
New Business - Anne Hollinger, President, announced that she went with the Chamber of Commerce to Santa Fe in January for the Legislative Session. Hayley Klein suggested AAC consider doing a commercial spot on PVT Channel 6.
